Front Desk
- Check in customers using computer programs and equipment, and provide guests with directions to their room.
- Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information needed to use them.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints.
- Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used.
Housekeeper
- Complete room cleaning, install clean bed linen, and replace towels.
- Clean surfaces, furniture, carpets, and floors.
Handyman
- Removal and installation of floors.
- Fixture and design creation.
- Custom design and build-out for bathrooms, rooms, and reception areas.
Valet Parking
- Drive a patron vehicle to a designated parking area and deliver it back upon request.
- Provide customer service by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, escorting them to the lobby, and answering inquiries.
- Keep records of vehicle locations and ensure the parking area is clean and safe.
Line Cook
- Prepare food before meal service, including chopping vegetables, breaking down meat, making sauces, and dividing herbs.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations.
- Cook assigned foods during restaurant service while following senior chefs instructions and recommendations.
- Plate cooked foods.
- Keep food stations clean and organized.
Servers
- Take and serve orders, check on customers, suggest additional items, collect payments, and handle issues that may arise.
- Work alongside kitchen staff to execute customer orders and ensure a satisfying dining experience.
- Communicate clearly, stay positive and calm under pressure, and remain willing to learn.
Dishwasher
- Ensure availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting tables.
- Prepare dining areas and kitchens for the next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
- Clean kitchen machines and appliances such as coffee makers, pots, and pans.
